About the villa

Our lovely Villa Xanthe is situated centrally in Kassiopi, a stone’s throw from the local harbor. Along the coastal road of Kassiopi’s center you will find lots of amazing food spots, like tavernas, serving their best Corfiot dishes as well shops. Close to Villa Xanthe you will also find some of the most famous beaches of the region, such as Imerolia Beach –all of them are situated within short walking distance from our accommodation (about 5-10 minutes). The villa’s privileged location offers nice views over the picturesque area of Kassiopi.

 

Private Pool

 

The villa comes with a private heated pool which along with the sun terrace can offer relaxing moments and endless sunbathing. You are also provided with absolute seclusion since there are various trees around the outdoor pool area. The brick BBQ, the dining table and board games in the outdoor area make it the perfect place to enjoy warm evenings.
Access
The villa, set on a rather steep hill is easily accessed, while the central location of the accommodation makes you feel that you have everything just on your doorstep.

 

Ιnterior

 

The villa’s design is ideal to take advantage of the living room, dining area and kitchen in an open plan arrangement, while there are large windows giving access to the pool, sun terrace and BBQ. The living area, on the ground floor, features a large fireplace and a staircase wall, designed in a traditional decorative style, while the indoor dining area can make you enjoy even the hottest days on Corfu. Finally, there is a WC available on the ground floor.

 

Bedrooms and bathrooms

 

On the first floor Villa Xanthe boasts a double bedroom with an amazing four-poster bed with en-suite bathroom. This area leads to a private balcony, which affords views to the pool and the area of Kassiopi. Moreover, this villa comes with two twin bedrooms: the first has en-suite bathroom and the second features a shower room en suite as well. From the first floor you can get to the sun terrace by the pool through an outdoor staircase.

Location

Villa Xanthe could not be better positioned. Kassiopi’s central harbour is only a few minutes’ walk away, and is lined with a mix of both traditional and modern restaurants, as well as several souvenir shops. The harbour is overlooked by the remains of Kassiopi Castle, which is lit up at night creating a wonderful atmosphere to dine. There are various beaches around the headland, the nearest being 10 minutes’ walk away, with a couple of good tavernas where you can stop for lunch. Villas Angela and Moyria are next door.
